![]() ![]() ![]() HR is cold and uncaring towards employees, and the system and tech issues are rampant and have yet to be fixed after months of complaints from customers as well as employees. You get sick time but they penalize you if you use it "too often" regardless of if you have enough accumulated for your needs. If you undertake a large/significant issue, they do not want to allow you extra time to work on it or efficiently/thoroughly resolve it. ![]() They boast power and encouragement for you to make decisions but you don't actually have that much power. The communication between different departments and areas of the company are terrible and you will be told one thing by a lead just to be reprimanded for it by another. You're micromanaged on everything, only half of theit IT team seems to know how/want to help, customers will treat you absolutely awfully and you're expected to suck up to them. You will have nice coworkers, good benefits, and a solid employee discount. ![]()
